- Direct contact with the Customer Complaints Unit No.: 06-4636472 and request the unit's employees during official working hours.
- Personal attendance at the Complaints Unit, Downtown Branch during official working hours.

The complaint will be responded to within 10 days and a maximum of 30 days from the date of filing the complaint. If you are not convinced by the company's response to the complaint, you have the right to file a complaint with the Central Bank of Jordan, Consumer Protection Unit or resort to the judiciary.
